Why do organisations make the switch to e-invoicing?

E-invoice Formats

As mentioned in the latest EU VAT directive, In order for an invoice to qualify as
an e-invoice, it must comply with certain guidelines set out by the European Union.

The EU requires that all e-invoices contain the same information as its paper
equivalent. When generating an e-invoice do ensure that the information &
structure of the e-invoice meets the minimum requirements set out by your
government’s regulatory framework.

Below are the two e-invoicing formats that are permitted by the European Union.
